Dues Investment Schedule
Your dues investment provides the revenue to operate the Chamber's administrative budget. We pledge to use it wisely. Please use this schedule to determine your fair investment. Membership dues are payable to the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and are tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Dues are not a charitable tax deduction for federal income tax purposes. The HSACC is not a charity, but serves as an advocate organization for area businesses.

Dual Membership
The HSACC and the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce offer dual memberships as a benefit of joining one organization or the other. After joining the HSACC, you are entitled to then join the Petoskey organization at a 70% discount off your regular dues investment. For example, a $240 membership with Petoskey would cost only $72 annually as a dual member. Being a dual member means double exposure throughout northern Michigan as well as access to a number of member benefits through the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Tools and Guidelines for Joining
When joining the HSACC, we ask that member businesses use their accurate, legal business name for all promotions and representation through the HSACC. For members using names in question or those which may not appear legitimate, members must provide three items for proof of accuracy:
- Valid DBA
- One Printed Marketing Piece (business stationery, cards, brochure, etc.)
- One Current Financial Document or Utility Bill
In addition for businesses attempting to use names in question or those which may not appear legitimate, the Chamber will require that the business fully adopt the name approved including business signage, promotional materials, etc.
Upon joining, members must also select up to five categories for their business or organization to be listed under in print and web materials. In addition to the categories, three codes must also be selected for use in the annual Membership Directory with the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce. A list of both categories and codes is attached to the membership application below.
While members are asked to select the categories that best reflect the type of business they represent, please note that all selections are at the discretion of the administrator and inappropriate selections will be omitted at any time without warning. Continued misrepresentation may result in loss of membership.

Joining the HSACC is simple and can be done one of three ways.

Via Online Form
Please check back in December for our new automated form which will allow you to join instantly and begin utilizing the many wonderful benefits included with your membership.
