About the Committee
The Focus Group Committee takes on seasonal projects that are put in place to enhance the downtown area. Examples of Focus Group Committee projects include the Walk Harbor Springs downtown map program and the new kiosk currently in deisgn for implementation at the corner of State and Main Streets.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Focus Group Committee is to enhance the downtown Harbor Springs area through special projects.

Meeting Schedule
