Harbor Springs Area Chili Cook-Off

Lots of choices for Chili lovers at this annual event.
For a hot time in the cold winter, visit Harbor Springs for the 13th Annual Harbor Springs Area Chili Cook-Off, sponsored by the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce.  Amateurs and food-service professionals alike compete for awards and not to mention year-long bragging rights!  This event is open to everyone so we encourage you to participate and/or attend!

This year we will be partnering with The Harbor Springs Food Pantry to help keep the shelves of food full, throughout the winter. Food pantries throughout Emmet, Charlevoix and Antrim counties are seeing tremendous growth in the numbers of families seeking assistance. Everyone attending the Harbor Springs Area Chili Cook-Off is encouraged to bring non-perishable items for donation to The Harbor Springs Food Pantry. Food, cleaning supplies, paper products, toiletries and even pet food is very much appreciated. Come join us for an outstanding event and help a good cause!
$12 for adults and $5 for children (8-12 yrs old).  Pay at the door.

The Harbor Springs Area Chili Cook-off is open to HSACC members and non-members alike. Registered participants can begin arriving at 11:00 am for set-up.

To participate in this year’s event, please complete a Registration form including the category (professional or amateur) and return the form no later than Tuesday, February 14, 2017.  Forms should be emailed to or faxed to (231) 526-5593.

The HSACC will provide 4 oz. cups, plastic spoons, and cocktail napkins.  You will be providing the chili and appropriate garnishes!  Vendors should also plan to bring their own necessary extension cords and chafing dishes. Absolutely No Fryers Please! Participants are allowed only one (1) guest/team member upon entry.

People’s choice awards will be presented to winners in each category.
