DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate 101 years of a magical tradition in downtown Harbor Springs at the Christmas Tree Lighting. This is one of the most unforgettable ways to start off the holiday season!\n\n\n\nGather with your friends\, neighbors and visitors to enjoy the special charm of downtown Harbor Springs. Once the tree is lighted\, winners of the window decorating contest will be announced and everyone will join in singing a few Christmas carols. \n\nFollowing the tree lighting\, the public is welcome to attend an ecumenical chili dinner in the Holy Childhood Parish Hall at 150 W Main Street\, just adjacent to the tree. Grab a cup of hot chili prepared by area churches. Cookies and cocoa will be provided by the Smith-Hoover American Legion Post #281 Auxiliary\, sponsored by First Community Bank.
