DESCRIPTION:The Children of the World in Harmony Festival brings children and youth from around the world to sing and dance in a variety of settings throughout Northern Michigan. The Little Traverse Youth Choirs and Dancers Without Borders serve as hosts for the festival. Other participants include Yip's Children's Choir (Hong Kong)\, Mariachi Espuelas de Plata (Silver Spurs from Forth Worth\, Texas)\, Gluais (a music and dance group from Trim\, Ireland)\, Crystal Children's choir (Cupertino\, Fremont\, Foster City and San Jose\, California) as well as many others. VWB promotes the exchange of excellent music\, dance\, cultural ideas and experiences while striving to create a dialogue of peace through the performing arts. This event will include the official twinning ceremony between Boyne River Valley Ireland and Boyne City.
