DESCRIPTION:GLCO announces Little Waves children's music program\n\nPetoskey District Library and Charlevoix Public Library are hosting "Little Waves\," a young children's music program.  Free and open to the public and sponsored by the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra (GLCO)\, the program is designed to introduce young children (ages 4 - 10) and their families to music in an entertaining setting.  Each event takes place on Saturdays at 10:30 am in Petoskey and 1 pm in Charlevoix.  Winter dates are Jan 14\, Feb. 11 and Mar 11. The theme for 2022/2023 is "Musical Adventures." Each unique drop-in session features a multimedia story\, an opportunity to hear one or more GLCO musicians demonstrate and explain how their instruments work\, and fun music-related activities for kids.
