DESCRIPTION:Impact100 Little Traverse Bay is a new women's member giving collective awarding $100\,000 grants in Emmet and Charlevoix Counties. A Launch Celebration will be held on Friday\, June 28 from 4-6pm for new members  and potential members who want to meet the board of directors and learn more about Impact100 Little Traverse Bay.  Impact100's global founder\, Wendy Steele\, will be at the Launch Celebration to give the keynote speech and sign her 2023 book\, Invitation to Impact: Lighting the Path to Community Transformation.\n\nThe Impact100 model awards high-impact\, sustainable grants.  Members pool their $1\,000 annual dues and award $100\,000 grant(s) to area nonprofits in five Focus Areas: Arts & Culture\, Education\, Family\, Health & Wellness\, and Environment.  Founding membership closes December 31.  In October\, workshops for nonprofits will be held in Charlevoix and Petoskey.
