SUMMARY:Little Waves Children's Music Program
DESCRIPTION:Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra's Little Waves children's music program is held throughout the school year at the Petoskey District Library and Charlevoix Public Library. Free and open to the public\, the drop-in program is designed to introduce young children (ages 3 - 10) and their families. The 40-minute program takes place on Saturdays at 10:30 am in Petoskey and 1 pm in Charlevoix.  Each unique event features a musical story\, an opportunity to hear one or more GLCO musicians demonstrate and explain how their instruments work\, and fun music-related activities for kids.\n\n \n\nUpcoming dates are March 14\, 2026\; and April 11\, 2026. \n\n \n\nFor more information\, contact the libraries\, the GLCO office at 231-487-0010\, or visit www.glcorchestra.org/education/little-waves/.
