Parts Coordinator

 Northern Michigan’s largest marine dealer continues to grow and is looking for a Parts Coordinator for our Harbor Springs office.

We represent iconic brands including the full line of Sea Ray, Tiara Yachts, Chris Craft, and Pursuit Boats.

Job duties:

• Review work orders to place orders for parts in a timely manner
• Receive parts as they come in; track PO
• Efficient communication with technicians, vendors and customers
• Research parts online and with vendors to develop estimates
• Return phone calls and email promptly and with professionalism
• Weekly audits of work orders and parts comparison to verify service is all set
• Stock supplies for Company and Parts Department such as tools; office/cleaning supplies/nuts/bolts
• Year-end inventory counts
• Housekeeping in parts department
