    Property Care Maintenance and Management
    We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team to assist in maintaining, managing, and developing a maintenance program for vacation rental properties and condominium associations.
    We will train the right candidate, but knowledge and experience in basic home and building repair services, small plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and painting are ideal. The ability to track and manage multiple projects, troubleshoot issues, and learn new skills will be important to your success. Strong organizational skills, planning, and attention to details are required.
    You will be responsible for efficiently prioritizing and scheduling your daily activities. The more efficient you are the more flextime you have. Daily activities will vary greatly! On vacation rental check-in days, you will be checking up on the quality of cleaning and making sure there are no maintenance needs such as replacing light bulbs or troubleshooting the internet prior to a guest-arrival. Other days may be spent on light duty maintenance repairs or landscaping for vacation rental properties and condominium associations. You will also be responsible for assisting in scheduling repairs to be done by outside vendors, seeking estimates, responding to emergency service calls, and performing vacation rental check-out inspections.
    Responsibilities: Provide wide array of maintenance services, managing and scheduling services with outside vendors, development, and growth of maintenance program, checking on properties, quality control, maintaining inventory or equipment, responding to after-hours emergency service calls, check-in and check-out inspections, assisting condo association managers in a maintenance capacity seeking bids or performing light duty maintenance, occasional snow removal, leaf clean ups, window washing, etc.
    Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and/or ability to perform. Double-time for after-hours emergencies.
    Benefits: Based on number of hours worked, paid time off accrues for vacation and sick leave. Depending on location ability to take company vehicle home after completion of training.
    Schedule: flex-time, make your own schedule provided certain deadlines are met, ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional weekends.
    Work Location: From central office in Harbor Springs to properties in the surrounding area.
    Qualifications: High school or equivalent, driver’s license, must be able to lift 50-60 pounds
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
