Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains personnel files to include updating information along with filing correspondence and other related information in a timely manner
• Assists employees with questions as applicable
• Entering employee data in payroll, benefits and all other systems
• Processes Workers Compensation claims by assuring all paperwork is completed and follow through until claim is closed; proper communication with employees and supervisors
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly schedule; ensures timecards are correct; accurately enter bonus, commission and all other compensation
• Be an asset to employees
• Act as a benefits administrator
• Develop and maintain new training methods and materials; schedule and track all trainings
• Maintain bulletin boards (legal notices; employee announcements; Company memos)
• Ensures Company is compliant with all federal, state and local HR laws
• Assist with recruiting and hiring process; orientation program
• Assist answering the main phone line
• Travel to all Company locations is necessary
