    Reservations/Owner & Guest Services Manager
    The Reservations Sales and Customer Service Agent is responsible for assisting guests and customers of Holiday Vacation Rentals and Birchwood Property Management and to make reservations for vacation home and condominium resort rentals. The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations, responding to guest and customer requests and delivering outstanding guest and customer service.
    The candidate must be a good communicator, have excellent listening skills, be able to learn and provide information to prospective rental guests and take customer service orders. The agent will take incoming calls, keep accurate call records and coordinate service follow up with the appropriate staff persons or departments.
    Requirements: Applicants should have experience as customer service professional with excellent phone skills, the ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality. Must be a willing team player; comfortable with people and proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to learn computer reservations software system. The job requires telephone sales skills and excellent written communication in email responses to reservation inquiries. Attention to detail and the ability to make accurate entries into the reservations system are essential.
    Successful applicant will be one who takes initiative to help the team.
    Responsibilities Include:

    • Answering phones courteously and professionally at all times
    • Maintaining organization and cleanliness at the front desk
    • Entering, confirming reservations in the company Property Management System
    • Greeting customers with exceptional hospitality, enthusiasm, and professionalism
    • Communicating with other departments to ensure tasks are properly carried out
    • Responding to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
    • Website and data entry
    • Communicating with local business to establish partnerships
    • Scheduling of Housekeeping and Maintenance staff; housekeeping inspections.
