    Job Description
    The Executive Director is responsible for the initiation, execution, and documentation of Chamber projects and activities that effectively promote its mission of service to its members, while maintaining and expanding its membership base. The individual in this position must fully understand issues confronting business and property owners, public agencies and community organizations, and be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, creative, well organized and capable of functioning effectively in an independent environment. Specific areas of responsibility include overseeing the Chamber staff, development and execution of marketing strategy, producing, overseeing and managing costs of approved budget, coordinating all Chamber project activities locally (including events) and representing the community regionally. Key to this position is the support of positive member and visitor relations, executive support to the Board of Directors and active community connecting/liaison activities. The Executive Director will also perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Board.
