About Us

Since being established in 1895, W.W. Fairbairn & Sons, Inc. began as a Hardware store but soon after expanded to include the business of Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.
W.W. Fairbairn & Sons has since been a lead choice for Northern Michigan consumers. While we provide all phases of service for residential, multi-resident, commercial, and municipal projects, residential projects are where we really shine.
In addition to our installation teams, W.W. Fairbairn & Sons also has a dedicated Service Department. Our Service Department is made up of licensed plumbers, certified HVAC technicians, and ASSE Certified Backflow Prevention Testers to help you with every repair or need you may have in your home. The entire staff is dedicated to providing superior customer service from start to finish.
