Located in the heart of Gaylord, Michigan, Otsego Memorial Hospital (OMH) is a proud member of Munson Healthcare, northern Michigan’s leading healthcare system. Since 1951, OMH has been dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate care to the communities it serves.

OMH is currently undergoing a transformative $33.6 million expansion and renovation project, positioning it as a regional hub for advanced inpatient and specialty care. This multi-year initiative includes significant upgrades to the Birthing Center—featuring expanded labor and delivery rooms, new triage and antepartum spaces, and enhanced C-section capabilities—as well as doubling ICU capacity and increasing the number of private inpatient rooms.

Complementing this growth, a new $15 million Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is under construction in Gaylord, expanding access to high-quality outpatient surgical services. OMH is also recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery, offering state-of-the-art minimally invasive procedures that reduce recovery times and improve outcomes.
