The purpose of the Harbor Springs Chamber Foundation is to promote and support the public welfare, community activities and programs of the Harbor Springs area. The primary activity is to manage charitable funds in support of community activities; including but not limited to, the Fourth of July fireworks display, Street Musique and Car Festival in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
