OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: The Client Care & Community Relations Coordinator (CCCRC) reports to the Operations Manager and works collaboratively with the General Manager, Director of Client Services, Human Resources Manager and other members of the Operations Team to proactively build positive relationships, secure new business, and ensure the provision of personal, responsive service and attention to caregivers, clients, and their families as assigned.
