Palette Bistro presents a "Galician Wine Dinner" that will transport guests to the Galician area of Spain with flavorful Spanish dishes and Coto De Gomariz wines. Feast on this indulgent five-course dinner, prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine, with featured entrees: Pickled Shrimp, Jamon Serrano, Black Pepper & Mushroom Rubbed Filet, Macarrones con Chorizo and Melindre Doughnuts. Special guest, Inma Pazos, Coto de Gomariz will guide guests through four perfectly paired wines from the “Golden Mile” of the Ribeiro.
