Call for Volunteers: Waterfront Wine Festival

Do you enjoy talking about wine? Do you like to meet new people? The Waterfront Wine Festival could use your help on Saturday, June 25 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and there are lots of fun volunteer opportunities available!

The Waterfront Wine Festival is hosted by the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and transforms the Harbor Springs waterfront into a beautiful wine tasting setting. Volunteers are needed to make this event a success so we rely on community members like you to help with the following:

Festival Set-Up: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
Start your Saturday by helping the committee set up tables and displays under the tent. The more hands, the quicker the task is done!

Wine Pouring: 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. 
Volunteers will need to arrive by 3:30 to will receive instructions, placement and learn about the wine they will be pouring. Volunteers will pour during the festival from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Check-in Table: 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the entrance and ticket sales. Volunteers are needed before the event begins to help with the opening rush of sales and festival goers.  

Ticket Sales for Tasting & Raffle: 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to work the crowd, selling taste tickets and raffle tickets for Pick-A-Prize.
