Alzheimer's Awarness-The Journey 2017

Please note new day and time. (4th Tuesday at 6 pm) This weeks topic will be: Protect your Brain-11 steps you can take NOW to protect your brain and reduce your risk. Alzheimer's Awareness Support Group-Each month we will gather together to discuss topics such as Brain Health-The detail of Alzheimer's Disease-Enviromental and Dietary factors that affect this disease. We will offer support and strategies for caregivers and families. We will give you ways to empower those with forgetfulness. Come and learn how to enter their world, and not make them live in ours. We must make a basic attitudinal shift: Dementia is our teacher.
