Luncheon Lecture: Save the Bees

March 3 – Save the Bees. Anne Morningstar, head beekeeper for Bear Creek Organic Farm, explains the inner workings of a beehive and what life is like as a honeybee. She will provide a number of helpful tips to help support our bee population that are easy to incorporate into your lifestyle without the need for a hive in your backyard. Her farm keeps honeybee hives around northern Michigan and produces USDA-certified organic produce year-round. Anne’s topic will surely be pure, raw bliss.
