Salad in a Jar Party

Harbor Springs, Michigan – Salad-In-A-Jar Party! Join Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center for a free hands-on presentation to prepare 3 Salads-in-a -Jar on January 18th at 12 noon in our Harbor Springs clinic located at 8452 M-119, Harbor Plaza. Start your New Year with a healthy alternative for lunch on the go! Stephanie Wilson, Nutrition Consultant, will guided you through creating 3 different layered, colorful, and tasty combinations! Bring your own quart size jars or we can provide them for you. All ingredients will be provide. Cost is $40 or $30 with your own jar. The presentation begins at noon.
