?? Junior & Teen Cooking Class Learn the Basics - July 11 Designed for budding chefs aged 8-17. Dive into the culinary world as you learn essential skills like caramelization and flavor pairing in an engaging and interactive environment. Put your newfound knowledge to the test as you craft a delicious 4-course dinner featuring soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. Invite your friends and family to a meal created by you! -$45 per student - Time: 2 PM - 4 PM, dinner to follow at 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Groups will be divided by age (8-12 or 13-17). - Learn the basics, from cooking terms to cooking skills. - Create a 4-course dinner and invite your friends & family. Dinner price for guests: $32 for adults, $19 ages 6-12, 5 & under are free. - Participants will receive a personalized Highlands logoed apron to wear during class and to take home. Those who register after July 3 will receive their apron after class.
