Eating for Others: Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities at Palette Bistro

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, Palette Bistro will donate 10% of proceeds to Groundwork for Resilient Communities. This is the third in a series of four Eating for Others events sponsored by Wineguys Restaurant Group.

Founded in 1995, Groundwork focuses on locally based solutions that create a clean environment, strong economy and healthy community. Programs include climate and clean energy projects, farm-to-school support, community design and more.

Consistently, the Wineguys Restaurant Group business model emphasizes minimizing carbon footprint while supporting the community at large, ultimately helping the planet. “We planned our business model to co-exist with our environmental commitment,” Keedy adds. “And, Groundwork shares in this commitment both locally and on a statewide level.”
