Harbor Springs Cycling Classic
All routes include either the Tunnel of Trees or the Little Traverse Wheelway. That's right, we have added a paved trail route that utilizes the Little Traverse Wheelway where you can choose to ride from 14 to 30 miles. Plus, the headquarters for Top of Michigan Trails Council is located along the paved trail route. The road routes all include the Tunnel of Trees, one of the most scenic roads of northern Michigan, here you have a choice of a 20 mile, 45 mile, or 60 mile route. After your ride, join us for an awesome lunch, it's included!
To register in advance for the ride only: Adults $30, children 6-12 $20, age 5 and under free. Fee includes route map, great refreshment stops, sag wagon service, and lunch. Cyclists must start between 7:30 and 9:30 am, the lunch ends at 3:00 pm. Participants who register at the event pay an additional $5 on all fees. Family and friends not riding are welcome to join you for lunch. Advance registration for extra lunches are adults $15, children 6-12 $10, age 5 and under free.
Birchwood Inn offers a weekend package for a complete cycling experience. The Lodging Package is only $160 per person, plus taxes, based on double occupancy or $225 plus taxes based on single occupancy. It includes Friday and Saturday night's lodging, a hearty breakfast Saturday, a continental breakfast Sunday, and the ride registration fee.Registration flyers can be found at most local bike shops.
