"Woodland Pottery" program for August, Women's Club

The program will be “Woodland Pottery” with presenter, Frank Ettawageshik, Executive Director of the United Tribes of Michigan. He has worked to revive the craft of making traditional Indian pottery of the Great Lakes area and will share information about the pots his ancestors made, as well as his efforts to revive traditional pottery making as a contemporary art form in the Indian communities of Michigan. 

Lunch buffet will feature a vegetarian dish, a meat dish, salad, dessert and beverages.
