Yoga in the Galleries: Breath & Movement

Crooked Tree Arts Center’s new Yoga in the Galleries series invites you to move, breathe, and connect with art in a unique gallery setting. Each session pairs yoga practice with a new exhibition, inviting participants to engage with art through movement and mindfulness.

CTAC kicks off the series with Breath & Movement, an all-levels vinyasa flow class held within the Modern Movement: Martha Graham and Barbara Morgan exhibition. The practice blends yoga, breathwork, and meditation while drawing from Graham’s approach to movement and expression.

About the Instructor | Audrey received her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Barre & Soul in Cambridge, MA, in 2016. For the past decade, she has explored and shared yoga, breathwork, and meditation through classes, retreats, and workshops, incorporating holistic wellness approaches into her offerings.

This series is free and open to the public. Registration encouraged. Limited spaces available.
