Artist Registration Form 2024
The Northern Michigan Women's Club and the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to submit your application to be an exhibitor in the Annual Art Show taking place on July 10, 2024, at Nub's Nob Resort. This show is a wonderful opportunity for artists to add an event between weekend engagements in Northern Michigan. There is limited space available so please submit your application as soon as possible to reserve your booth.
SHOW DETAILS
Date: July 10, 2024
Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Check in time: 7 a.m. on July 10, 2024. Artists must be on site by 8:30a the day of the event or booth may be forfeited.
Set up time: July 9, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and July 10, 2024 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. (No overnight parking or camping in the lot)
Place: 500 Nub's Nob Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan
Fees: $50 Registration fee - non-refundable

Food: The Gourmet Cafe' will be set up in the cafeteria with menus provided upon registration. Runners will deliver food orders.
MEDIA ACCEPTED
Fiber, Glass, Graphics, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Pottery, Sculpture, Wood.
ELIGIBILITY
All media must be original in concept and execution and handmade by the exhibitor.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
No application will be considered complete until both checks for payment are received. Booth assignments are determined based on receipt of application and by the postage date of checks. Notification of booth assignments will be done, via email, on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
No light bulbs over 60 watts each with a total of 350 watts per booth - INSIDE
Exhibitor supplies any extension cords - INSIDE
No canopy tents - INSIDE
Nothing will be pounded, glued, or affixed to the floor or walls of facility or parking lot pavement.
Booths will be aesthetically pleasing, neat, and tasteful in appearance with restocking boxes out of sight.
Cash boxes and financial transactions will be provided by each individual exhibitor for their own needs
(Wi-fi is not reliable for transactions at Nub's Nob).
The exhibitor's booth must be within boundaries designated.
Exhibitor's agree not to take booths down prior to the 4 p.m. scheduled closing, but must be down by 6:30 p.m. and off grounds.
EXHIBITOR AGREES
By submitting the application below, the exhibitor agrees to all of the fees, rules and regulations. The exhibitor releases the Northern Michigan Women's Club, Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and Nub's Nob from any liability for loss or damage to the exhibitor's goods, wares, artwork, or display materials brought to the Art Show, and further agrees to save, indemnify, and hold harmless the Northern Michigan Women's Club, Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and Nub's Nob from any liability to any person viewing or purchasing any goods, artwork, or wares. This indemnity from liability shall specifically extend to claims of product and premises liability.
