• Artist Registration Form 2025

    The Northern Michigan Women's Club and the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce are excited to invite you to apply as an exhibitor for the 3rd Annual Art Fair on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Nub's Nob Resort. This event is a great chance for artists to add a midweek show to their summer schedule in Northern Michigan. Space is limited, so be sure to submit your application early to secure your booth!

    SHOW DETAILS
    Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025
    Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Check-in time: 7 a.m. on July 16, 2025. Artists must be on site by 8:30 a.m. the day of the event, or the booth may be forfeited.
    Set up time: Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. (No overnight
    parking or camping in the parking is lot permitted.)
    Location: 500 Nub's Nob Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan
    Registration Fees: $50 Non-Refundable Deposit to hold your booth space. Balance due upon acceptance of your application.

    Food: The Gourmet Cafe' will be set up in the cafeteria with menus provided upon registration. Runners will deliver food orders.

    MEDIA ACCEPTED
    Fiber, Glass, Graphics, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Pottery, Sculpture, Wood.

    ELIGIBILITY
    All media must be original in concept and execution and handmade by the exhibitor.

    BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
    Booths are assigned based on the availability of booths and the submission of your $50.00 non-refundable deposit for each booth space. To secure your booth, it is important to submit this registration form and pay your deposit no later than February 28th. Upon receipt of your registration form and $50.00 deposit, you will receive an email on Friday, February 28, 2025, notifying you of your acceptance into the Art Fair and your specific booth assignment. This email correspondence will include additional instructions and notification of your current balance due.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS
    No light bulbs over 60 watts each with a total of 350 watts per booth - INSIDE
    Exhibitor supplies any extension cords - INSIDE
    No canopy tents - INSIDE
    Nothing will be pounded, glued, or affixed to the floor or walls of the facility or parking lot pavement.
    Booths will be aesthetically pleasing, neat, and tasteful in appearance with restocking boxes out of sight.
    Each exhibitor is responsible for their own cash boxes and financial transactions.
    (Wi-fi is not reliable for transactions at Nub's Nob).
    The exhibitor's booth must be within the boundaries designated.
    Exhibitors agree not to take booths down before the 4:00 p.m. scheduled closing but must be down by 6:30 p.m. and off the grounds.

    EXHIBITOR AGREES
    By applying below, the exhibitor agrees to all fees, rules, and regulations. The exhibitor releases the Northern Michigan Women's Club, Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, and Nub's Nob from any liability for loss or damage to the exhibitor's goods, wares, artwork, or display materials brought to the Art Show, and further agrees to save, indemnify, and hold harmless the Northern Michigan Women's Club, Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and Nub's Nob from any liability to any person viewing or purchasing any goods, artwork, or wares. This indemnity from liability shall specifically extend to product and premises liability claims.

    Registration Fee (required) - $50.00 per Booth
    Each booth requires a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. This fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the Art Fair. Please make checks payable to the Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (HSACC) and mail them to 118 E. Main St., Harbor Springs, MI 49740 to reserve your desired booth. Checks must be received before Friday, February 28, 2025, to secure your early registration.
