• Development & Operations Coordinator

    Ann’s Nest, a nonprofit working to build a residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northern Michigan, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help support our office and donor systems.

    This role includes tasks such as: 

    • Entering donations and maintaining donor records

    • Preparing thank-you letters and donor communications

    • Assisting with deposits, bill payments, and expense tracking

    • Organizing files and office systems

    • Supporting mailings, meetings, and general office operations

    We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping a small nonprofit operate smoothly.

    Details

    • Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week

    • Some in-office time in Harbor Springs required

    • Flexible schedule

    • Hourly Pay depending on experience
