Ann’s Nest, a nonprofit working to build a residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northern Michigan, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help support our office and donor systems.
This role includes tasks such as:
Entering donations and maintaining donor records
Preparing thank-you letters and donor communications
Assisting with deposits, bill payments, and expense tracking
Organizing files and office systems
Supporting mailings, meetings, and general office operations
We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping a small nonprofit operate smoothly.
Details
Approximately 10 - 15 hours per week
Some in-office time in Harbor Springs required
Flexible schedule
Hourly Pay depending on experience
