    About the Role:
    As our Community Relations Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our small team, working closely with the Executive Director to strengthen our business community. You'll be the friendly face at our front desk one moment, and the behind-the-scenes organizer ensuring our events run smoothly, all while engaging with local businesses in meaningful ways.

    In this role, you'll:
    • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for members, prospective members, & visitors to our office
    • Jump in wherever you're needed to support our mission
    • Support chamber event planning, promotion, and execution - from concept through setup and teardown
    • Help maintain member relations through our CRM system and regular communications
    • Create engaging content for social media and weekly newsletters
    • Assist with administrative functions, including bookkeeping support
    • Represent the chamber at community events with occasional evening or weekend hours
    What you'll bring:
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software
    • Experience with or natural aptitude for social media and design tools
    • Sound judgment and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
    • A flexible schedule that accommodates occasional evening or weekend events
    • Physical ability to assist with event setup and breakdown
