The Harbor Hall Foundation is seeking a part-time Administration and Development Coordinator for its office located in Harbor Springs. Harbor Hall Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 whose mission is to create, guide, and support quality alcohol and drug misuse rehabilitation opportunities in our region through philanthropy.
Responsibilities: Executing the day-today operations, organizing the annual appeal, donor base management, light accounting, and other project based work. Experience with fundraising, donor software, Quick Books, and Microsoft Office are preferred. Must be a self starter who is comfortable working in a one person office. This is a flexible position allowing for both remote and in office hours.
Education: An associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation: Part-time, position with flexible hours (approximately 20 hours weekly). Pay commensurate with experience.
