Retail Brand Ambassador

REDVANLY, a men’s luxury golf and athletics apparel brand hiring an experienced salesperson for our new store opening in downtown Harbor Springs, MI!

Our store team members stand for and are the pulse of our brand. We are seeking retail brand ambassador’s who embody the REDVANLY culture, customer experience, and lifestyle.

·       Have an interest and knowledge of golf, racquets, sport in general.

·       Have 2+ years experience working in a luxury retail environment.

·       Able to converse in genuine conversation and develop relationships.

·       Create a warm and welcoming environment to create an exceptional customer experience.

·       Educate customers about the brand, product, fabrics.

·       Able to carry out tasks promptly and effectively.

·       Share a team mindset. Communicate clearly, support others and follow directives.

·       Professional, accountable, punctual, respectful, and honest.

·       Contribute to general store maintenance, cleanliness & upkeep.

·       Support leadership initiatives to drive sales, client engagement, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence.

·       Flexible to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, holidays, and events.

·       Perform all POS, opening and closing tasks.

·       Must be at least 18 years of age

·       Background in golf or country club experience a plus.

·       Experience with Shopify and Excel a plus.
