What We’re Looking For

In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for identifying pest issues, applying effective treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help protect homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable environment for everyone. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities
• Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment following safety protocols
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend appropriate ongoing maintenance plans
• Utilize land management techniques, including lawn care and landscaping practices, to support integrated pest management efforts
• Driving company vehicles safely to reach various job sites
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes

Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites reliably
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Strong communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally to clients
