Four courses, five wines, one memorable night. Palette Bistro presents a Domaine de la Terre Rouge Wine Dinner on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, 6:30pm. Feast on this indulgent four-course, five-wine dinner, prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine, featuring Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Smoked Duck, Braised Short Rib and Apple Fritter. Special guest Les Doss, Terre Rouge sommelier & natural wine pioneer, will guide guests through this tasting of Terre Rouge wines. A top 100 winery in the world specializing in Rhone blends grown in California.

According to the Terre Rouge website, "Terre Rouge and Easton Wines was founded in the late 80s by husband and wife team Bill Easton and Jane O’Riordan. Terre Rouge and Easton Wines make over thirty different wines, many of which are very small production lots (100-500 cases). Each is unique and site-specific with a sense of place (terroir) in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Terre Rouge and Easton Wines goal has always been to make the finest wines possible that can be placed on a table with the best wines of the world."
