Celebrate the flavors of the Italian harvest with an unforgettable five-course dinner at Palette Bistro. Chef de Cuisine Paul Lefevre brings the season to the table with a menu inspired by the rich, rustic flavors of Italy, thoughtfully paired with wines from across the country presented by Wineguys' Wine Director Richard Dinon, and special guest Kim Johnson of Massanois Imports.
 

From Pear-Apple Torte and Lasagna Bianca with duck to Duroc Pork Tenderloin with Asiago polenta, each course is paired with a distinctive Italian wine, including Verdicchio, Etna Rosso, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino. The evening concludes with vanilla ice cream and Lucchetti’s Visciola Cherry Wine.
