Chef de Cuisine Paul Lefevre presents a five-course menu showcasing seared scallop, yellowtail snapper romesco banh mi, rabbit ragu ravioli, Rioja-blueberry-braised lamb shank and dark chocolate hazelnut torte. Special guest Núria Garrote-i-Esteve, founder of Vino Vi & Co, will share her passion for distinctive Spanish wines and the stories behind her carefully curated portfolio, spanning “Barcelona to Detroit and beyond.” Alongside Sean Sutton of Vino Vi & Co rep, guests will be guided through each pairing for a truly immersive dining experience.
