    Job Description:

    • Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodstuffs in restaurants.
    • Chop and cut fresh vegetables and fruits.
    • May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu.
    • Observe recipe guidelines and sanitation procedures. 
    • The Line Cook will report directly to Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef.
